Denis Gallagher, currently living in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, NJ, has studied privately under William Gurovitz and with Mary Stevens. He has been painting for over forty years. Mr. Gallagher has shown various graphic works in several galleries in both Mercer and Ocean counties in New Jersey, as well as Bucks County in Pennsylvania. He has participated in juried shows as well. Although Mr. Gallagher’s primary medium is oils, he is also interested in pastels, pen and ink, and watercolors, particularly Sumi-e, Chinese watercolors, and photography.
