Kate Graves believes that “trees are carbon blueprints
of light, which embody the effects of their environments, and what
has been exacted upon them by man and nature.” Sixteen new watercolor
portraits of trees, along with mandala inspired quilts, will be on
view in her solo show at Capital Health, Mercer Campus, from March
8 – April 16, 2010.
