Biography:

Carroll Bever studied philosophy and art history at Vassar College. Her early married life was spent in Singapore (in the 50's) and Yorkshire (in the 60's), raising a family in Princeton (in the 70's). Her flower studio and business, "by Design" is in its 25th year. Carroll's favorite medium is watercolor or pencil. She works from life ~ indoors and outdoors ~ catching people, flowers, animals, the landscape, in the passing moment. She has exhibited in group shows at Ellarslie, The Morris Museum and elsewhere.
